Harper, a shapshifter, has never been to a Fundur before, which would explain how he's unaware hooking up with Cassandra is like handing out a calling card for trouble. Not only does he have to deal with his feelings for her, but he's also got to keep himself from getting killed by a jealous demon.
Can these two survive their trip to the island long enough to figure out if whatever between them is real? Or will they die before they ever have the chance?
