Ever wonder where those tales of creatures that go bump in the night originated from? In Bevain, fire breathing dragons and people who change into wolves are a common occurrence, and sometimes, they get out. Realm traveling isn't a common thing for the Bevainians, but every once in a while a door gets opened that's too hard to resist. Though not the first realm that came into being, Bevain is the second, appearing many years after Sidhe, and before the Other. Still run by kings and queens, the current ruler is Ronan Ambros, a tyrant who's downfall has been prophesied by the very Spellcasters he sought and destroyed. It's population consists of many different types of creatures, the Draicc and Faolan only a few.
Don't know who the Four are?
The Four are a group of spellcasters (aka witches) who lived in Bevain three hundred years ago. One day, their leader, the Dreamer, was confronted by the ruling king, Ronan. He told her that she was his soul mate, and even attempted to kidnap her. After many years of running, the Four were somehow killed, and their souls were sent to the Other to be reborn. They don't remember who sent them, only that they used strong magic to do it, and that they did it in order to ensure the prophecy had a chance of coming true. The Four consists of the Dreamer, the Stargazer, the Fortuneteller, and the Warrior, each of which have their own separate abilities, as well as shared ones.

Liliandra Bryg~ Goes by Lily, and is also known as the Dreamer, leader of the Four. It has been prophesied that she will one day over through Ronan and take the throne herself. She had long brownish red hair, and hazel eyes that go a deep green every time she uses strong magic. She is a witch, one of the last remaining Spellcasters in Bevain, and has the ability to communicate telepathically with her three best friends. There is a tattoo of a celtic knot on the back of her neck, as well as the words An Aislingeach. She's strong willed, and loyal. Above all else, she puts the well being of others. Downsides to her personality are that she's got a terrible temper, and a ton of pride. She's constantly warring with her attraction towards Ronan.
Brid Ridir~ Also known as the Stargazer. She is the right hand to the Dreamer, as well as the second most powerful witch in all three realms. However, because of all this, she is constantly feeling second to Lily, and sometimes lets that rule her, though not for very long. There is no one she is more loyal to, except maybe with the exception of herself. On some occasions, she can be considered selfish. Strong willed, and tough, Brid is sometimes refered to as The Killer, out of her and Lily. She won't hesitate to defend herself, and even enjoys it to some degree. She isn't as close with the other two, but she does love them. In the past, she fell in love with the Guard, a man who worked at Ronan's side. Luckily, the feelings were shared, and he helped her break into the castle when she went to rescue Lily. In this life, though she remembers him, she doesn't know where he is because he was not reborn with them. She's blonde with blue eyes.
Caer Kerry~ Also known as the Fortuneteller. Caer is the weakest of the Four, with the least amount of memories. The things she does recall, she wishes she didn't, such as the fact she was the reason Ronan came looking for Lily in the first place. Knowing that her cousin was sad, the Fortuneteller told an unknown traveler who came in for a reading one day that she knew who his soulmate was. She thought that she would only be hooking her cousin up, but it turned out that the man was Ronan, the dark king. Because of this, Caer still berates herself, and is constantly trying to make it up to the others. She is very attentive, especaily because usually she's the one standing on the side lines silently watching, and feircly loyal. She has a huge heart, and believes that everyone deserves a second chance. Her hair is a dark brown, and her eyes are a chocolate color.
Ruarc Liam~ Also known as the Warrior, Ru has been known to prefer the sword to any other weapon. He claims this is because he believes it to be a more fair way of attacking someone, forcing you to move up close to the person. It is a true test of skill. In his original life, he was a carefree ladies man, who knew when to stand his ground and always went out of his way for others, even if he didn't know that. However, he is somewhat different now in this life. Ruarc cares greatly for those he considers friends and family, and would jump in front of bullets for them. He's not so quick to doing so with a stranger anymore. He's also cocaptian of their high school swim team, and has addapted to this new world so well, he no longer cares to return to Bevain. He will, though, follow Lily where she goes in order to ensure her safty. Those who remember who he used to be, find him more cold and straightforward then before as well.
Galvin~ A Shade who was sent with the souls of the Four to the Other in order to find them and return them to Bevain once it was "time". He spent the past three hundred years searching for them, only having luck in the past six months due a newspaper article written about Ruarc and the swimteam. His loyalties are still a mystery, though he claims that he's there to help the Four. Shade's are demons, which means he shouldn't be trusted. He's got a large sense of humor, and loves to insult others. To him, death is just something that happens. It doesn't bother him witnessing it, or inflicting it.
Ronan Ambros~ The self appointed king of Bevain, Ronan is a dark ruler who loves to punish those around him. He's obsessed with Lily, and believes that they're soulmates who belong together. Because of this, he's waited three hundred years for her return to Bevain. He's blonde, but his natural eye color is unknown on a count of he's constantly changing their color with magic. He is more powerful then the Four right now, but due to the set of rules that were created by whoever had their souls reborn, as long as they're in the Other, he can't physically touch them. He's cruel, and wicked, caring for no one but himself and Lily. However, because of his love for her, he's constantly doing things out of character in order to prevent her from pain. He holds an intense grudge against the Stargazer, who once shot him in the back with an arrow, and can't stand Ruarc. He killed the original king shortly after he was refused revenge on the men who murdered his parents.
