The Coven Cover

Here's the cover for The Coven: Uninvited! The book is up in its entirety on Wattpad and the link to it is at the end of this post. I'll try and have an eBook download up on Smashwords by the end of the week. It will probably stay free for at least a month or so, so be sure and get your copy as soon as it's up! Keep checking back here to find out exactly when it's out on Smashwords! I'll post about it as soon as it is. :)

FREE BOOK!!! No Strings!

Check out The Coven: Uninvited on my Wattpad, and in a few weeks get the ebook download for free off of Smashwords.com!

To anyone who doesn't know, I also have a Wattpad. I used to have the link up on this site, but I took it off a few months ago. However, I'm almost finished with a book that I have up there and so feel it's time to promote it here. It's been more like a side project, something that I work on when I don't have the juice to work on the Dreamer series or the Mirror Warrior series, but it didn't start that way and recently my interest in it has returned. I've decided that once it's finished I'll put it up on Smashwords.com as a FREE ebook download. Until then, feel free to check it out (still for free) on Wattpad.com. I'll post the link at the end of this post. I don't have a cover image yet, at least not one that I can actually use so I'll have to get that together soon. Once that's done I'll post that and a link to the Smashwords.com page. Anyone who has any questions feel free to leave a comment! It can be about this or any other of my books. As an added bonus, the first five people who do actually comment I'll give a code to so that they can get one of my other books for free as well! :)

Here's what this book is about:

Caley Leora has a lot to deal with. Her parents were witches, their parents were witches. Her family could be traced all the way down to the Salem witch trials. Upon fleeing the witch trials her family was one of twelve who used their magic to create the island their ancestors now live on. There were twelve founding families in all. Six of them left. Six of them stayed. Caley Leora is a witch. Has been her whole life. Sometime's, she regrets living on Wes Melas, an island where everyone knows who she is, and what she is. But for the most part, even with the demon's and the spirits, she likes her life, especially since she's just recently been appointed head of her coven. Suddenly, though, her world's flipped upside down with the arrival of six new families, or old families, and they have a coven as well. And they are not alone. Now, Caley's got to struggle between her attractions to Shia, this new coven's leader, and Bane who everyone tells her is evil. Not only that, but there's a killer on the island, hell bent on taking over. Can Caley and the others put aside their differences, and their families pasts, in order to save their home, and possibly the world? Seperate, they aren't nearly strong enough, but together, they can form the most powerful sect of witches on the planet. They can form The Coven.

Echo Island- Mirror Warriors Book 2:

So, it's basically the end on the semester for me (just have a week of finals and then graduation) so I should have some time to actually focus on writing! Sorry to all those who've been checking here and asking about when the next book in either the Mirror Warriors or Dreamer series will be released. I know I keep pushing the dates back and I'm sorry about that. However, my focus is going to be on getting Echo Island done as soon as possible! It's over 200 pages to date, and I still have a lot to go so hopefully you'll all find the wait was worth it in the end. (That's not so say I think length automatically equates to substance) :) I did say that I would add at least an excerpt of the book so I'm attaching a link to my WattPad where you can read the first coule of chapters. Note that they've been toned down a little from the original version. Like always, questions and comments are welcomed!

Release Dates Pushed:

Just wanted to let people know that the release dates for both, Wanderers of the Night and Echo Island have been pushed back to (hopefully) April. I know some people who've been asking about it so I figured I'd just write a post about it. Sorry guys, but this being my last semester of college (fingers crossed) there's a lot on my plate, including my thesis. With any luck I'll be able to sort out some time where I'm also able to work on the next two books in both my series, but as of right now I really need to focus all my energy into my thesis. I'm hoping to get some information about that up on here and get some feedback, see how people are taking to it. As soon as I've got a plan with that I'll post about it. Any one who's curious or just really really tired of waiting for either the next book in the Dreamer trilogy or the next book in the Mirror Warriors, feel free to leave a comment here and I'll see about getting you an excerpt! If enough people are interested, I might just post one here! :)

As another note: I see that I've gotten over 800 visits to the site so far! I've decided that once it hits 1000, I'm going to offer the first installment in the trilogy, Where Thy Dark Eye Glances as a free eBook download for probably a week, as well as do a giveaway of the All That We See or Seem and Echoes of Time! So if you're interested check out the blog and get your friends too as well.

new cover release!

Hey all! So, just wanted to share what the new cover looks like for the second book in the Dreamer Trilogy, Wanderers of the Night! I'm really excited for this book because it happens to be my favorite in the series, and I'm working really hard right now on rewriting it so that it'll be even better. The release date was originally scheduled for March 2012, but it might actually be out a little earlier, depending on whether or not I can finish it before the second semester starts. Anyway, hope you like it! :) And if you want to compare it to the older version, I haven't yet taken it out of the slide show at the top of this blog so go right a head! Anyone who thinks that one was actually better, feel free to leave me a comment about it!
